About the Arya
Vaidya Pharmacy (AVP)
The Arya Vaidya Pharmacy (Coimbatore) Ltd. was founded in
1943 by the late Arya Vaidyan P. V. Rama Variar. It is involved
in the production of more than 450 traditional prescription-based
ayurvedic medicines in its three state-of-the-art manufacturing
units and has developed around 15 over the counter (OTC) ayurvedic
medicines for common health conditions. It also runs an ayurveda
college.
