Rahul PanditRahul has over 24 years of start-up and operating experience across luxury, upscale, mid-scale and budget lodging businesses. Rahul was earlier a founding team member, President and ED of Lemon Tree Hotels where he led its growth, from a start-up, to three distinct brands.
Nikhil currently handles Operations, Growth portfolio and the digital & consumer loyalty vision of Ginger Hotels . He has been instrumental in driving the Ginger assurance of Safety, Cleanliness, Bed, Bath, Breakfast, Broadband.
Nikhil's journey into hospitality began as a Hotel Operations Management Trainee at Taj Palace, New Delhi, post which he joined the Marriott pre-opening team in Mumbai and subsequently worked with Inter Continental Hotels before embarking on an entrepreneurial journey at Lemon Tree Hotels as the first Hotel Manager of that group. He played a strong role in developing diverse aspects of the business from Operations, Brand Development, Learning & Development to leading the Employees with Disability initiative, recognized by a National Award from the President of India.
Nikhil holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute Of Hotel Management, Pusa, New Delhi and a certification from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration. He has served as Chair and Convener for Skills and Entrepreneurship, Confederation of Indian Industry, Delhi State Council and is on the Steering committee of Confederation of Indian Industry - Maharashtra State tourism council . He is a Delegate for Australia India Youth Dialogue

Tarun is responsible for Sales, Electronic Distribution and Revenue Management for Ginger Hotels.
Tarun's journey into hospitality started with Best Western Hotels before moving as a Management Trainee to Jaypee Hotels. He later joined Nikko Hotels as their first Revenue Manager in India before moving on to lead the revenue management, social media and loyalty strategy for Lemon Tree Hotels. His last assignment was as Vice President, Revenue Management & Electronic Marketing at Royal Orchid Hotels, based in Bangalore.
Tarun has studied Revenue Management & Dynamic Pricing and Quantitative Data Analytics and its Application in Business & Marketing at IIM Ahmedabad. He has certification in Advanced Hospitality Revenue Management - Pricing & Demand Strategies from Cornell University School of Hotel Management. Tarun also has certification in Digital Marketing from Internet & Mobile Association of India (IAMAI).
Tarun has represented the industry at various professional platforms and shared experiences at Eye For Travel, Travel Distribution Summit (Singapore, India), Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and International Conference on Travel Technology (ICTT).
