The special rate can only be availed by current Armed Forces personnel :- currently in-service
Valid Armed Forces Photo ID required in original along with mandatory Government photo ID, at the time of check-in.
The booking can be for personal or official use. The concerned Indian Armed Forces personnel is required to stay as a part of the booking.
These rates are only for the stay of the officer and cannot be gifted by him to anyone else.
Rates are valid for Indian Nationals only.
All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. Bills for extras must be settled directly at check out.
The original defence ID to be presented at check-in and in the absence of valid Defence ID, the special rate will not be applicable, and the hotel will charge the regular applicable best available rate, with no discounts or inclusive.
The offer is available at participating hotels only. Rate subject to availability at time of booking. Blackout dates will apply.
Maximum occupancy per room is defined as per hotel's policy. Additional Charges will be applicable for Children or Extra Adult in the room based on the hotel's policy.
In case of no show the hotel reserves the right to charge the room rate and taxes applicable for the duration of the stay on the credit card provided at the time of the booking.
This Rate for Armed Force cannot be booked by travel agents and are net-not commissionable.
Reservation may be modified online only as per the predefined policy. In case of modification the rates are subject to change and rooms are based on availability.
The Armed Forces Rate can be utilized for a maximum of 4 rooms at a given time. Not valid on group bookings . Reservations exceeding 4 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered as a group booking.

Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability. An additional charge of 50% of the room rate paid will be applicable for late check-outs post 1600 hours and 100% charge will be applicable post 1800 hours. All guaranteed early check-ins will require the room to be reserved from the previous night.
