• Cancellation allowed 7 days prior to Check In date or as defined by the hotel at the time of the reservation. The hotel will charge penalty for the duration of the stay if cancelled within the cancellation period on the credit card provided at the time of the booking.
• Offer not applicable on Black-Out dates start's from May 1st 2021 till 3rd Jan 2022  for Aurangabad, Indore, Jaipur, Mangalore, Mysore, Nashik, Pondicherry, Pune(Wakad),Vadodara, Goa, Mangalore, Jamshedpur, Mysore, Nashik, Pune (Wakad), Surat, Thiruvananthapuram, Jaipur, Vapi,Mumbai Andheri East, Aurangabad, Madgaon.
• Additional GST is applicable for India hotels. Additional local taxes applicable for international hotels unless if the rate is already tax inclusive.
• Rates are net and non-commissionable.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, promotional rate or negotiated rate.
• Ginger hotels do not participate in the Taj InnerCircle programme. Hence spends and/or room nights at Ginger hotels do not earn Taj InnerCircle Points and neither are they considered towards eligibility for Taj InnerCircle programme tiers.
• This offer follows 100 percent deposit as guarantee and default cancellation policy on all channels

• Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered a group booking; Hotel reserves the right to refuse such bookings on the basis of availability and may apply special rate.
