- The booking must be for personal use only. The concerned Indian Armed Forces personnel are required to stay. Valid Armed Forces Photo ID original is required along with mandatory Government photo ID, at the time of check-in. All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.
- Bills for extras must be settled directly at check out. Bill to the company will not be entertained. A maximum of three rooms can be booked under one Indian Armed Forces personnel's name with an accompanying ID.
- The rate is for room only, it does not include breakfast or any meal elements unless stated by the hotel.
- Extra adults and children will be charged as per the hotel's normal policy and applicable rates. Additional GST is applicable for Indian hotels.
- The above stays are not eligible for TataNeuPoints. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, promotional rate, or negotiated rate.
- The offer is available only on IHCL channels of sale. The offer will not be available on bookings made through any third-party sites.
- In case of a larger room requirement, as per our standard policy, reservations exceeding 3 rooms on overlapping dates on this offer will be considered a group booking; in such cases, the hotel will apply its discretion to issue special group rates. The offer is only Paramilitary forces of India, Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force, Central Armed Police Forces currently in-service or retired veterans along with their spouses. Martyr's family members with a valid dependent card are also eligible.
I am in the armed forces however at a field posting can my family avail the offer?
Personnel who are on the field usage is allowed by dependent family however should have a Valid Dependents Card. Limit as per policy will be applicable.

Can I book the stay on behalf of my family?

What are the cancellation charges?
If the booking is cancelled prior to the cancellation window which is 0 to 24 hours before check-in date. In case the booking is cancelled within the cancellation window, then the tariff equivalent to one night will be forfeited.
Is there a booking restriction on number of nights?
Yes, you can process 1 reservation for maximum of 7 nights.
Can we use Amex voucher or Taj Gift voucher?
Amex voucher or Taj Experience Gift cards /Vouchers are not applicable at Ginger.
I have already done the booking in the past, can I cancel it and go for this offer?
We will not amend any existing booking to the offer if within cancellation period.
If the booking is outside cancellation, you will need to cancel the booking and process a new reservation.
