We are closely monitoring the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) updates from the World Health Organization and Government agencies. In light of the current situation we have implemented the following additional precautionary hygiene measures across our hotels based on Ministry of Health & Family Welfare advisory and guidelines for prevention and transmission:

• Training at all hotels to sensitize associates to the protocol prescribed by Government of India for personal hygiene and COVID 19.
• Hotels are measuring body temperatures of all guests, associates and vendors using non-invasive laser thermometers.
• Repeated surface cleaning and sanitization of all areas, including increased access to alcohol-based hand sanitizers at prominent locations.

In current times, we understand the need for increased flexibility with your travel planning. To help guests,  Ginger is waiving individual cancellation fees for hotel stays through April 30, 2020. Guests must cancel the booking or contact us at least 24 hours before their stay dates for the waiver. Guests who have booked through travel agents or other third parties are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their cancellation policies. Please note this policy does not apply to stay associated with a Group booking.
