COVID-19 has brought in a lot of questions in the travellers' mind regarding the cleanliness and safety of the places they travel to. And at Ginger, we are working tirelessly to ensure that these concerns are addressed by us to ensure the safety of our staff and guests.
Our promise to follow the standard hotel social distancing norms will ensure we are able to combat against COVID-19 in a better way. Our priority of keeping you safe and healthy remains above everything as always and hence
Protocols Followed Upon Check-In and Check-Out:
Our social distancing norms are practised systematically to ensure that when a guest steps in our hotel, their experience is hassle-free and needless to say, safe.
Further, for the ease of guests, we have set up queue managers and used ground tapes to ensure that the guests can maintain social distancing conveniently even when other guests are present. We have also set up separate desks for carrying out the check-in and check-out procedures. Hence, this will enable guests to quickly check-in and check-out.
And finally when our guests check-out, keys just have to be deposited in a drop-box so that we sanitise them for the next use.
Travel and Transport:
To avoid contact our staff will not be touching the luggage or vehicle. There are trolleys available for guests to load their luggage with ease. Should a guest request us to handle their luggage, we will be more than happy to assist. Furthermore, our chauffeur driven cars will only accommodate a maximum of 2 guests at a time.
Meetings and Events:
Hotel meetings safety is another area where we have been taking proactive steps for safety. Thus, in relevant hotels for business centres, we will be allocating alternate desks for internet facilities. The capacity of meeting rooms will be reduced by a minimum of 50% and guests will be encouraged to help themselves to take beverages from a machine or mini refrigerator placed in the business centre.
Food and Dining Protocols:
For a safe dining experience, we have restructured our restaurants to ensure that social distancing is maintained. We encourage you to order food online using the Ginger link provided. If need be, we will be providing a hardcopy of the food and beverage invoice when requested. We have provisions for proper in-room dining hygiene and hotel food takeaway hygiene is also done with the utmost care. Restaurants social distancing is also well-maintained as we have restructured our restaurants to enable the same.
As we practice hotel physical distancing and prepare ourselves to welcome you back, we want to assure you that we will do it with utmost care and safety. Our experience in serving guests during this pandemic has prepared us to take proactive measures while serving our guests.
