For the food safety, we have been following the guidelines set by the WHO, CDC and local health authorities in our kitchen. Our team of food handlers have been well-trained to follow greater levels of kitchen hygiene and safety measures.
Hygienic F&B Preparation:
As always, freshly cooked food will be served and all food will be served as single portions. Food preparation and food hygiene standards are followed as per FSSAI COVID-19 guidelines. Utmost care is taken for food temperature and non-vegetarian products are cooked thoroughly. Every kitchen staff mandatorily needs to wear gloves while handling raw ingredients, especially meat/poultry or eggs.
Each surface that comes in contact with food shall be cleaned thoroughly and disinfected after use thus paying extra care for kitchen sanitization. And special care is taken for stainless steel, copper and plastic. Appropriate sanitisation techniques are applied for chopping boards, knives, peelers, utensils, etc. Hence food serving-ware sanitization is also carefully done.
Hygienic F&B Service:
Food will be served in one time use disposable containers for each meal in partitioned containers. However, on request regular crockery, cutlery and glassware will be sent to the room (after proper sanitization of each). All condiments are served in sealed individual sachet
While food and beverages are prepared with the utmost care, our food handlers are also ensuring that when they are served to you, minimal contact is involved thus following proper food delivery sanitization procedures. Hence, guests can opt for in-room dining using online ordering or takeaways as per their convenience.
