• The members registered with the Company as on 9th June 2023, are eligible to receive this Coupon and avail of the offer.
• The Coupon is valid for book and stays dates till 30th June 2024 and IHCL will not be in a position to extend the validity of the Coupons' ‘s thereafter dates.
• A Coupon is valid for one-time use only and the rate is subject to availability at the time of booking. Limited rooms are available on the offer.
• The offer is available at select participating GINGER hotels. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other discount offers & Blackout dates apply. This Rate cannot be booked by travel agents and is net-not commissionable.
• Each Individual Coupon can be used for booking one room only and is not valid on group bookings. Booking is confirmed only upon validation of the Coupon entered at the time of booking.
• Any modification or cancellation needs to be done by contacting GINGER Central Reservation - 1860-266-3333 only
• Single-use Coupon code per room to be presented/updated while processing the reservation via a dedicated link or by contacting GINGER Central Reservation - 1860-266-3333 only
• Reservations exceeding 3 rooms by an Individual guest on overlapping dates will be considered as a group booking; each hotel reserves the right to refuse such bookings based on availability and will apply differential rates.
• Maximum Length of stay at a hotel is 7 nights. For a stay of more than 7 nights, approval is required from the hotel. Each hotel reserves the right to refuse such bookings and will apply special rates.
• The Coupon code discount is applicable on the Breakfast Inclusive Rate only for all hotels and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, packages, member rates, or negotiated rates.
• All bookings must be guaranteed with 100% advance, the payment link will be shared by Ginger Central Reservations. Bills for extras must be settled directly at check out. Bill to Company will not be entertained.
• Coupon (hard/soft copy) to be presented at check-in and original Coupon will be retained by hotels on arrival.
• In case of invalid Coupon code number is not provided prior to check-in, the reservation will be modified and charged at the Best Available Rate for the day.
• Maximum occupancy per room is defined as per the hotel's policy. Additional Charges will be applicable for Children or Extra Adults in the room based on the hotel's policy.
• In case of no show the hotel reserves the right to charge the room rate and taxes applicable for the duration of the stay on the credit card provided at the time of the booking.
• Reservation can be modified as per the predefined policy. In case of modification, the rates are subject to change and rooms are based on availability.
• This is a single-use Coupon and cannot be encashed or replaced if misplaced.
• The Coupon discount policy may be terminated or changed at any time without prior notice.
• The coupon cannot be transferred to another individual and the shareholder must stay at the hotel or villa to avail the coupon benefits.
• The Food and Beverage discount voucher and Spa and Salon service discount vouchers are not valid at GINGER hotels.
